Senegalese fashion designer, Sophie Nzinga Sy of the Sophie Zinga first Fall 2014 collection,
they were inspired by basic elements such as marble, gold, water and
metal with some of the fabrics having an infusion of metallics, silk,
gold with others having cashmere, wool and dalpaca blends. Their
Fall/Winter coats maintain the brand’s feminine aesthetic while
remaining linear and graphic. The gowns creates the illusion of water
swerving its way around the body and creating a hint of movement.
The limited Fall 2014 collection has
pieces that are rich in colour and texture with a pallet in hues of
blue, black and metallic gold.
